BEFORE WE STARTED WORKING TOGETHER

KM Tax Returns is well-established accountancy firm in Central Scotland.

When we started working together, their marketing activity was consistent but fragmented.

They were using generic social media templates, relying on ChatGPT for captions,

and posting when time allowed.

Some content was being boosted with Meta ads, but without meaningful return.

They also had a well-developed mailing list that wasn’t being utilised properly, leaving a largely cold audience.

WHEN WE TOOK OVER THEIR SOCIALS

Our first step was structure.

We redesigned the feed with clear branding, including a defined colour palette, fonts, imagery and a more professional overall feel.

From there, we built a 360-degree social media strategy designed to attract, nurture and convert.

We introduced insight-led talking reels, supporting B-roll content, and made strategic

use of local Facebook groups to build awareness.

We stopped Meta ads entirely and focused fully on organic growth.

THE RESULT

The outcome exceeded expectations.

Their pipeline is now full and they’ve introduced a waiting list.

No ad spend has been required.

Facebook group marketing was paused due to oversubscription.

We launched a digital product converting at 3%, reactivated a mailing list of 600+ subscribers that now converts monthly, and rolled out a free resource with over 120 downloads that onboarded multiple clients.

Bar None is a well-established Glasgow Rangers sports bar with over 20 years of history and a loyal following.

Before we started working together, their Facebook presence was strong, but their Instagram page had only just been created.

Posting was inconsistent, not through lack of effort, but because there was no structure.

Bar staff were posting when time allowed, without a strategy, clear goals, or defined content direction.

There was no system to support growth or consistency.

WHEN WE TOOK OVER THEIR SOCIALS

Our first step was to introduce structure.

We built a bespoke social media strategy centred around three clear content pillars.


Attract: humorous, meme-style reels designed to reach new audiences.


Nurture: content showcasing the bar itself, the drinks, food, atmosphere, memorabilia,

and reposting customer content when they tagged the venue.


Convert: clear, timely posts around sports schedules, match days, drink offers,

and live game promotions.

The primary focus was brand awareness and nurturing an already strong fanbase.

THE RESULT

Within 12 months, we generated over 8 million views across Facebook and Instagram.

Multiple reels and TikToks went viral, including videos reaching 476k, 261k, 226k, and 37k views,

onboarding hundreds of new followers.

Instagram grew 10x to over 1,000 followers, while Facebook increased from 4.5k to 7.7k.

Most importantly, the bar now sees consistent visits from loyal regulars and new customers alike,

and has become a favourite spot for British tourists and Glasgow Rangers fans visiting the Costa del Sol.
