The process

Step-by-Step

Discovery Call

First up, you’ll book a discovery call so we can get to know each other, understand your current situation, learn what your business does and get clear on where you want to be in the next 6 to 12 months.

Proposal

If we're a good fit, we'll put together a proposal that outlines exactly what we'll do for you, the terms and conditions, and your monthly investment.

Contract & Payment

Once you’ve reviewed the proposal and you’re happy to move forward, we’ll send over your contract and payment link. As soon as everything’s signed and paid, we hit the ground running and get your socials moving in the right direction.

Onboarding Stage

We’ll set up a WhatsApp group chat where we’ll communicate going forward. We’ll ask for your social login details, brand assets (logo, colours, fonts etc.) and anything else we need to manage your socials and promote your business online.

End of the first month

At the end of your first month with us, you’ll receive a monthly report breaking down how your content is performing, what’s working, what’s not, and a deep dive into your insights (your social media stats) so you know exactly how things are progressing.

Monthly Check-in

On the 1st of every month, we’ll send you our monthly check-in form. This is where you can tell us about any important dates, business updates, product launches, holidays, anything you want your content to include or avoid, plus any industry trends or questions your clients are asking.
